Terms And Conditions Of Business

 

Quotations

We supply written quotations and give advice on products based on specific printing and product requirements. All quotations are valid for 30 days, with exception of memory items (ie computer chipped products flashdrives, webkeys etc) which are valid for 48 hours from quotation date.

 

Artwork

Artwork is normally requested in vector eps format, however for some full colour prints we can accept pdf, jpg or bmp files for printing. We will advise of what format artwork is required in before order and will advise any proportionate costs for artwork redrawing services or reformatting or designing involved.

 

Payment

Our company policy for new customers is proforma payment with order.  We will supply proforma invoice and allow payment by BACS/CHAPS or cheque at present.  We will begin processing an order on receipt of confirmation of payment. (ie email stating bank transfer has been made or receipt of cheque).  We will not however dispatch an order until clearance of payment and for urgent orders will advise available payment methods.

For existing customers, at our discretion we may give 30days credit account.  Until full payment is received, all products and goods supplied remain the property of MonsterMugs Ltd and can be recalled or claimed for if not paid for in entirety.

 

Orders

For all orders we will provide either on screen visual or pre porduction physical printed sample.  For large quantity or value orders we will always recommend (time permitting) a physical proof.  This can be declined by the client in writing conceeding any claim for incorrect printing or colouration.  This does not affect claims for defective goods (ie product malfunction)

On supply of either visual or physical sample we will request approval in order to proceed into mass production.  We WILL NOT proceed without written confirmation of approval being received and confirmed back to you with a definite delivery date. 

Change of artwork after we have printed a physical sample WILL incur further costs, we do however provide a first artwork with free origination in all cases.

We will advise you of dispatch of goods by email on day of dispatch giving carrier service details and where possible a tracking number.

 

Delivery

Delivery is normall between 9am and 5pm on the date specified, we should be notified of any failure to deliver as soon as possible.  We will act quickly to chase delivery and advise you accordingly. 

Any missing items or damages must be reported to us within 48 hours in order for us to be able to investigate.  We would not accept any liability for reports of damages or loss outside of this timescale. 

 

Cancellation

An order may be cancelled at any time in writing by email to us and we will confirm cancellation back.  Any cancellation which is caused without a direct error from ourselves will be reimbursed less any origination, production and carriage charges to date which will be advised upon enquiry.

 

Liability

We do not accept any liability for the following;

1. Faults in artwork - all artworks supplied to us are not checked for spelling and we work directly from our clients instructions.  We will print based on any visual or sample approved, it is therefore essential clients check the proofs carefully and advise any amendments to be made.

2. Failure to meet deadlines - We do not accept any responsibility for 3rd party delays ie carrier, delays in submission or processing of payments, delays in approval of artworks or any other matter which is out of our direct control.

3. All products are sold as promotional items or giveaways.  We therefore do not accept any claim for loss or potential loss when products are ordered with the intent of resale to other companies or for public sale.  There is no RRP set for giveaway items and therefore no set value can so be placed on them.

4. Copyright issues - We do not accept any responsibility for copyright artworks.  It is the responsibility of the cliet to ensure any required permission is obtained for reproduction of copyrighted material.
